The website is hosted on a Hostinger server in Frankfurt, Germany. Hosting backups are stored in France. Amarildo TELO manages Gmail separately; these locations do not describe how Gmail processes data.

Quote preparation relies on requested pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6.1.b). General enquiries and security rely on legitimate interests (Article 6.1.f): responding to visitors and protecting the service. No automated marketing or automated decision-making.

Gmail and this website are separate services. Amarildo TELO handles enquiries; the hosting contact receives no copies of emails.

The hosting contact does not manage commercial enquiries or Amarildo TELO’s mailbox. Any technical access to the server is limited to hosting needs and must be governed by arrangements with the controller.
